There are certain conditions under which individuals use my image files for no charge:

1. For personal, non-commerical and environmental websites.

If you qualify for free web use as described above, you must properly attribute copyright to me and include my webpage URL as a hot link as shown in the example below.

Example: Copyright: B.M. Wolitski, http://www.bmwphoto.com

2. Students can download images and incorporate them into school reports, presentations, etc. for free and without my further permission. As a matter of good practice, students should include my name and webpage URL in their report.

3. You may also download images for your personal use in a screen-saver, as the root image for your X-terminal, and for similar use.

All other use is prohibited without my express, written consent.
